Through this partnership, Missouri municipalities now have access to a cost-free Property Registration Solution supporting Community Development and Code Enforcement teams in tracking foreclosure, vacant, and rental properties. The Hera platform enables municipalities and stakeholders to collaborate, mitigate property risks, track housing complaints, and hold non-compliant property owners accountable. This innovative solution is available at no cost to Missouri communities through a Community Benefits Revenue Sharing model.
