Interim Solutions Expands Municipal Leadership and Recruitment Services Across Missouri

Over the past year, Interim Solutions has continued to grow by doing what we set out to do from the beginning: support cities when leadership, stability, and experience are most important.

Since expanding our team in early 2025, we have completed or are actively participating in assignments across Missouri, including interim city administration, executive searches, municipal finance support, and public safety recruitment.

Our work spans interim executive roles, finance stabilization, police chief recruitment, and long-term administrator searches. What ties them together is a focus on steady leadership, professional standards, and helping cities move forward with confidence during periods of transition.
